JAMB Names Best Candidate In UTME As Anambra’s Agnes Egoagwuagwu Maduafokwa, All Top 10 To Study Engineering

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the top 10 best results in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

They were posted by 13 students who amazingly all applied to study engineering.

According to the examination body, five of them desire to attend the University of Lagos, two of them Covenant University, two the Obafemi Awolowo University, two the University of Ilorin, one Kwara State University and the other the University of Ibadan.

The candidate with the highest UTME score in Nigeria is Maduafokwa Egoagwuagwu Agnes from Anambra State who scored 365 over 400. She was trailed by Nwobi Okwuchukwu David, also from Anambra State, who came second with 363.

Meanwhile, Ojuba Mezisashe Shalom and Elikwu Victor Chukwuemeka from Edo and Delta states respectively, shared the third position with a score of 359 while Adebola Oluwatobi Paul and Gboyega Oluwatobiloba Enoch, both from Ekiti State came 5th and 6th with 358 and 356 respectively.

Ojo Samuel Oluwatobi from Ondo State and Utulu Jebose George jointly share the 7th position with a score of 355 while Osom Akan Awesome from Akwa Ibom took the 9th position with a score of 353.

In conclusion, four candidates shared the 10th position with a score of 352.

They are Akakabota Fejiro Simeon from Delta State, Ogundele Favour Jesupemi from Kwara State, Alatise Monsura Bisola from Oyo State, and Adelaja Oluwasemilore Daniel from Ogun.
